Contact Us Roasters take weeks to get coffee to their wholesale and retail customers - it's just a part of the process of moving tens of thousands of pounds around daily. From there it can sit on shelves for months. We beat their system by having our special coffees roasted and packed by our small crews within 24 hours. We then have our orders dropped straight into the main postal sorting plants. That means we get 85% of our coffee fresh to customers within normally 2 days by US Priority Mail. If you're a bigger fan of UPS, we offer that service too. If you need it a little faster, like those fellow Coffee Fools crazy enough to drink a gallon of coffee per day, we do offer expedited services like Express Mail or UPS 2nd Day/UPS Next Day Air. However, please note that because it takes us a day to get your coffee order ready you may only save 1 day using expedited delivery over US Priority Mail.
