Foolish Friday Newsletter - Just do it!
Every week ends with us shutting down roasting and clearing out our overstocks of coffee. In order to keep the coffee coming fresh, we guess on our roast needs. If we roast too much, then those beans will be sentenced to the Foolash Goulash (our not so fresh mix of the week's leftover beans - though not the flavored coffees of course!).
