At The Coffee Fool, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service and delicious high quality coffee.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to customer service and we’ll do our best to get things squared away..

*Coffee is considered a grocery item and is not able to be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns for digital services
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the costs of postage and packaging, you have the option of requesting a return label through us, after which we will subtract the cost from the total refund amount owed.
